Vlad Dracula was a harsh, sometimes cruel ruler, but one could not argue the success of his methods. The only man of his time able to stand against the might of the Ottomans, Vlad showed that patriotism, charisma, and proper tactics could overcome all odds. Vlad also made a point to be strict but fair. Remember that advice when ruling your empire.
